This example report is an iPad screen snapshot taken from one of our recent projects where we utilized the following tools: C#, Sharepoint, SQL Server, Javascript, and PowerApps. The app is linked to an on-premise Sharepoint farm via a hybrid gateway. Data is pulled from a Sharepoint list that contains physician on-call roster data for a number of hospital emergency rooms.
