ï Work closely with internal bank customers to design, create, and implement new forms and business process workflows (using InfoPath, Nintex, SharePoint).

ï Made extensive use of state machines to provide maximum flexibility to reviewers and approvers to be able to return documents and forms any number of times for further review and modification.

ï Developed new or refined existing PowerShell scripts to populate SharePoint lists for use in workflows.

ï Participate in Office365 and SharePoint Online strategy, planning, governance, migration.

ï Member, Office365 Adoption Champions Team.

Role: Qualified Litigation Consultant

ï Expert witness in a legal dispute between two distributors. Plaintiff’s claim hinged on evidence stored in Microsoft Access database. Filed expert opinion report in the form of an affidavit.


Presence Health, Chicago, IL December 2006 -July 2018

Role: SharePoint Consultant

ï Built a variety of SharePoint forms/workflows projects and custom SharePoint applications using C#, JavaScript, and CSS.

ï Screened, tested, recommended, implemented third party products including Nintex, Bamboo, Amrein, and Boost.

ï Involved in the conversion of production and test/failover SharePoint farms from SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2013.

ï Help identify and resolve key issues resulting from strategic initiatives including migration of Hospitals to EPIC Electronic Health Record software, merger of Resurrection Healthcare and Provena Health.

ï Reengineered a variety of custom applications written in ColdFusion and .NET.

ï Created Physician ER on Call Roster custom program.

ï Designed, created, and maintained a number of systems written in MS Access.

ï Modified city permitting system; performed complete redesign of system in order to overcome design deficiencies and scripting errors, which enabled processing of more permits with fewer resources.

ï Co-designed and programmed complete insurance agency management/premium finance/accounting policy management system in Microsoft Access/SQL Server. Imported/exported data from/to a third-party rating and quoting system.
